Welcome to Ziba Pilates! Our studio is a space for everyone—whether you’re just starting your wellness journey or are an experienced practitioner. We are passionate about creating an inclusive environment where people of all ages and fitness levels can thrive.

We know your schedule is packed. You know you need “you time”.

We’re here to help you get the workout you want, on your schedule. We offer personalized Pilates sessions (mat, reformer, and tower) designed around your body and your goals. We aren’t group fitness — there are plenty of options for that. We’re different. We offer private and duo sessions for you, when it works for your schedule. No membership or auto-draft — just a commitment to yourself to make time for you. As Joseph Pilates said, “Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live in.”

We offer private and partner classes by appointment only.

Private 1:1 Sessions

  1. Consultation – Get to know each other, go over your medical history and any limitations, assess balance and movement, and discuss your personal goals.
  2. Exercise Program – Developed specifically for your needs and goals.
  3. Assessments & Progress – As your progress and strength and/or range of motion improves, we’ll steadily add exercise progressions and reasonable challenges per your goals.

Starting your Pilates program with a Private 1:1 session offers many benefits, providing time and space to familiarize yourself with the approach and learn the movements and machines at your own pace. If you already have a fitness routine or experience with Pilates, we can progress at a faster pace. Regardless of experience, we check in with how you’re feeling in your body every session.

Partner Sessions

  1. Consultation – Get to know each other, go over your medical history and any limitations, assess balance and movement, and discuss your personal goals.
  2. Fitness Flow – A more fitness-related flow designed to work the entire body and offer the appropriate challenge.
  3. Foundations & Progressions – As you learn proper engagement and technique, you’ll progress to more challenging exercises.
  4. Fitness flow can also be done as private sessions.
